The Role
What You'll Do
Legal Work
Assist with and handle a wide variety of matters for our individual and business clients: business formation, employment law, family law, etc.
Draft and review contracts, operating agreements
Develop standardized processes and templates for efficiency
Technology & Innovation
Integrate and optimize legal technology tools (practice management, document automation, AI)
Help identify workflow improvements and efficiency opportunities
Test and implement new legal tech solutions
Help develop proprietary systems and processes
Business Development
Participate in strategic planning and business development
Support partnership development and client relationships
Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
J.D. from accredited law school
Arizona Bar admission (granted or pending)
Strong academic record and technology proficiency
